Wine Description

Selected lots from the more steeply inclined and chalky parcels. Malolactic fermentation and 12 to 18 months aging in barriques of primarily French oak. Deep robe and structure are highlighted by pronounced minerality on the nose and a focused, saturated and persistent finish.

Tasting Notes

Delicious cherry red color with violet trim, clean and bright. On the nose, it floods us with aromas of red fruits that stand out
above the subtle toasted and spicy. Very well integrated wood that does not disguise the wine itself. Very dynamic aromatically speaking, because when turning, there are vanilla and lactic touches of butter on freshly toasted bread. There are no small notes but it is advisable to give it time to express all its aromatic intensity. The palate is round and without edges, with a pleasant step and a nice tannin. The power of fruits reds feel on the palate giving flesh and causing a long memory.
