Wine Description

Harvest by hand in 12 kg-plastic crates and selection by hand at the reception hall. Wine making process by gravity to keep the maximum of the organoleptic properties of the wine. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in Inox vats and ageing in new Frenck oak barrels for 6 months.

The wine obtained from this harvest is marked by the intensity of red fruits on the nose and an elegant and fresh palate.

Tasting Notes

perfectly with lactic touches and roast coffee hints typical of the step-by-barrel.
