Color: s very attractive greenish-straw yellow. On the nose: a distinct aniseed and herbaceous nose with a powerful aroma of high intensity, where notes of down fruit are coming through (peaches and quinces) as well as some exotic notes such as pineapple and passion fruit. On the palate: elegant, fruity and slightly fatty mouth, where exotic notes come through again. It provides great acidity suggesting some contribution of carbonic maceration, which yields some freshness. A well-structured wine with a long, long lingering finish.
