Wine Description

Selection of Tinto Fino from our vineyards: Nogales (parte arriba), Montecillo (parte arriba), Arenales (parte pinos).  Type of soil gravels, 870-890m above sea level.  Vines density. 2,600vines/ha.  Yield: 4,000kg/ha.  Manual picking in small boxes, two sorting out tables.  Gravity system.  Natural yeast.  Aging in French Oak for 18 months.

Tasting Notes
Violet cherry color. The nose is complex and very aromatic. Great elegance which include notes of plum, blueberry, blackberry, pepper, thyme, cocoa powder, fine leather, leaves, aromatic woods. The mid-palate is very juicy, large, fresh and of great structure and balance, sensations of red and black fruit, floral, underbrush, cinnamon, nutmeg, pastry notes. Long finish.
