Emina Verdejo sobre lías Magnum has the authentic
and characteristic pale straw yellow with greenish tones
of Verdejo grapes. It is clean and bright. On the nose,
the wine is very intense with stone fruits, soft and fresh
pineapple with a background of fennel and grapefruit.
After some evolution, some other mellow aromas will
appear. On the palate, Emina Verdejo is well-structured
with an elegant balance between the typical bitterness of
Verdejo and the acidity. Intense apricot, soft tropical and
citrus during the aftertaste
A straw-yellow barrel-fermented Verdejo with bright golden
reflections. Aromas of tropical fruit that blend with aniseed and
fine Verdejo forest aromas, with subtle aromas of its time spent in
wood with elegant spices, lightly toasted bread, memories of fresh
brioche-style pastries. Excellent balance in its texture with good
and lively acidity, well accompanied by its ample volume.
A bright wine with a cherry red colour and purple edges. On the nose, cherries, blackberries, redcurrants and hints of liquorice appear and blend perfectly with toffee and the toasting of the wood. On the mouth it provides a very pleasant combination; smooth at the front of the mouth with lively tannins, across the palate the sensation of volume increases to leave a persistent and fresh finish.

EMINA Verdejo is a straw-yellow coloured monovarietal with
greenish reflections, clean and very bright. On the nose, it is
very intense, with aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple
or fennel. On the mouth it is has an excellent structure. It has
excellent length and balance between the fresh sensations of
acidity with the elegant bitterness of the Verdejo variety and
intense flavours of tropical fruits and lively citrus.
Sauvignon Blanc, with its unmistakable varietal characteristics,
has a very pale straw yellow with a steely edge. With tropical
aromas of green pineapple and mango on the nose, as well as
boxwood and herbal tones with subtle citrus and red pepper
as background notes. It has an excellent balance between
volume, body and acidity in the mouth, with a lively and
pleasant final bitterness that gives it excellent length.
With its intense cardinal colour and purple tones, Emina seeks
to make the terroir the heart and soul of its wines, as such,
Emina Reserva 2015 is an intense black fruit wine, although
it has a fresh character of red fruits and earthy minerals,
accompanied by soft spices and resinous tones to match the
great depth of the soil from which it comes. Tones that are
brought about in its 16 months of slow aging in lightly toasted
barrels. A process chosen so as not to change the character
of the wine. It subsequently rests for another 20 months in the
bottle to help perfect its noble tannins, offering an intense,
long and very elegant feel in the mouth.
Very bold cardinal colour with purple tones. On the nose it
is intense, elegant and lively, with aromas of black acidic fruit
from the cherry and raspberry range, between clean and clear
tertiary touches from the aging of the wine, with fine wood,
chocolate, liquorice, roasted coffee and a mineral background.
In the mouth, its lively sweet tannin structure stands out,
which, combined with a measure of acidity, gives the wine
expressiveness and length. The same sensations persist on
the nose, repeating the very clean and clear sensations of fine
fruit, lightly roasted coffee and liquorice.

woods, lightly toasted bread and black cocoa with toffee
touches. On the nose, it grows in exuberance and seduction

This wine pays tribute to our clone and developed through careful selection of our best "terroirs", it found in the 2011 vintage its best ally. The elegance of the chalk, the structure and character of the clay and the maturity of the stony soil are all expressed in this vintage and in this wine, in an intense and well-defined manner. An intense red colour wine that offers a wide range of aromas-from fresh and red fruit to compote alongside elegant and spiced notes provided by an impeccable wood aging. The palate is powerful, broad and harmoniously fresh.
AALTO PS 2017 needs to be kept in bottle for some years to offer its best.
It can be drunk now although after the third year in bottle will gain complexity and balance.
